ACCSCT Monograph Series
The Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT) has developed a series of brochures — the ACCSCT Monograph Series— on topics critical to institutional success. These brochures are designed to provide guidance on some of the more technical areas of ACCSCT accreditation and to provide guidance to ACCSCT-accredited schools in the cycle of continuous performance improvement, self-evaluation, and self-improvement processes and practices. Through the ACCSCT Monograph Series, the Commission hopes to help our accredited schools to comply fully and accurately with the Standards of Accreditation, achieve institutional success, and ensure that students are well prepared to enter the workforce.
The topics currently in print or are:
- Faculty Improvement Planning/Implementation
- Self Evaluation Processes and Practices
- Institutional Assessment and Improvement Planning/Implementation
Faculty Improvement Planning and Implementation
This brochure covers faculty improvement and explains why it is critical to success, provides guidance on how to analyze faculty improvement needs and will help institutions design and develop a faculty development program. This brochure also provides information intended to assist institutions in developing and implementing a three-year faculty development plan, and provides practical guidance on how to use the process to meet external demands and internal needs for continuous performance improvement.
Self Evaluation Process and Practices

This brochure explains why your school needs a self-evaluation process, how to conduct each step in the process, and how to use the process to meet external demands and internal needs for continuous performance improvement.
Institutional Assessment and Improvement Planning and Implementation

This brochure explains why your school needs an assessment and improvement processes, how to conduct each step in the process, and how to use the process to meet external demands and internal needs for continuous performance improvement.

As part of the conference activities, Lambert delivered a Key Note Presentation which focused on developing and implementing institutional improvement plans, a key area of focus for accredited and non-accredited schools alike.
